Charlotte, NC — Hunter Coatings, in partnership with Graber window treatments, is excited to announce the launch of Hunter Home Decor. This addition to Hunter’s portfolio provides a platform that builds upon its 70 plus years of offering only the best in paint and coatings. Initial offerings will include blinds, shades, shutters and more.

Customers looking for premium products already come to Hunter for paint and coatings. The Graber product line is in keeping with Hunter’s commitment to premium products of the highest quality; and Hunter Coatings is enthusiastic about the service and support it will bring to each customer experience.

“Expanding our home offering to include window treatments is a natural progression for Hunter,” says owner, Andy Stanush. “Personalized service is hard to find and it’s something we are committed to at Hunter. We believe customers will be thrilled with our product, pricing and the experience of doing business with us.”

And speaking of price, Andy is quick to note that customers won’t pay more for Graber products at Hunter. “We’ve done our homework and know that we can match the pricing of much larger stores that offer Graber products,” he says. Not only that, Hunter Coatings can expertly match the color of your blinds to the color of paint you choose.

Graber was founded in 1939 by John Graber in Middleton, WI, when, after installing Venetian blinds in his home, he realized his drapes looked oddly unbalanced. He went on to create a sturdy metal bracket that he called the Badger Drapery Crane, named after the animal that symbolizes his home state. Through his innovation and insight, Graber elevated the standards for window treatments. His helpful device, realized with quality materials and good old-fashioned know-how, made its way throughout the Midwest, and eventually all over the world. More than eight decades later, you can find John Graber’s spirit of ingenuity and craftsmanship in every Graber window treatment.
