Anest Iwata’s line of stainless steel air-assisted-airless multi spray pump systems combine the advantages of air spray and airless spray to suit a wide range of applications. Double action pump minimizes pulsation and reduces wear on pump components. In comparison with standard (HVLP, etc.) spray guns, you get a  greatly improved coating environment due to minimal overspray. Coating cabinet corners or recessed areas is made easy with the system’s excellent penetration. Thick film applications are made possible when spraying high viscosity materials, up to approximately 300cp viscosity. Higher productivity is achievable by delivering more material to the work surface in less time. When compared to airless sprayers, you are spraying at much lower fluid pressures. This means softer atomization without tails, assuring the highest quality finish. It offers a level of spray pattern adjustment airless does not provide. The fluid passages of this pump and spray gun are made of stainless steel and are ideal for applications requiring waterborne or solvent borne materials. Relatively light weight makes these units easy to move and/or install. Connect the air supply, multi-spray gun and hoses and it is ready to use. Simple construction also assures easy maintenance.
